Need help identifying these Channel guides. PGT windows. Just ordered two new channel balances for the window but that apparently wasn't the issue (27" Series 380 Channel Balance S380-27 option: 2630).
These channel guides are broken at the top. Measure 5/8" wide and are 15/16" tall and 1/4" thick.

Let's see if this fixes your problem. We carry a PGT top sash guide, 18-015. Size-wise, is it the same as yours? If not, send over a photo of a complete top sash guide, and we'll try again.
