Sash Clips for PGE windows

Question

I need replacements for the upper sash clips shown in the attached photos. The windows are PGE branded. I attempted to find the parts on your site but I can't seem to match the measurements.
Your help is much appreciated.

The measurements are as follows,
Overall height 1 and 9/16 inch
depth 5/8 inch
width lower 13/16 inch
width upper (cap) 15/16
