Thanks for posting. While I can't be 100% certain of what to recommend without seeing your parts removed from the window, it looks like your pivot shoe might be our 15-175. This shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Balances. You will need to remove the coil balance system from the window, and then check the coil springs for stamped numbers. These numbers will indicate what spring weights you need to select. Let us know if you have any questions.
