Hello, thank you for posting,

We recommend reviewing the 82-089 handle set as a possible replacement option. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. We also carry the 82-086 version that has a exterior key lock. Please let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
