I am working on a house with 5 patio doors. All of them have Sash Controls Ferndale MI , Part # 22650, Handles with Mortise Locks.
4 out of 5 have broken latches like the picture shows.
Can I buy the Thumb Latch Assembly without having to buy the entire handle set?

Thank for your detailed inquiry. In your case, our 82-107 latch lever kit should work for you. However, I am afraid it is only available in white at this time.
