Sash Controls model 2260 (US Patent 5125703 D340398)

I need to replace a broken mortise lock. I've attached 4 images. My lock doesn't quite look like the part numbers 82-226 and 89-021 that are referenced to another customers inquiry as there is a lip that fits behind the door frame itself( Image 1).

Our lock and sliding door handle is broken and we can't find a replacement that will fit. On the inside of the handle it says 2260 Taiwan us patent 5125703
