Sash Guide

Good Morning;
I am looking for this item.

I believe is called a top sash guide.

I did not see any on your website.

The bottom dimension is about 1/2 inch and the top is 1 inch and has two little "prongs" on each side.

One of the prongs is broken.

I need two.

Please advise.
