I would consider the 18-009 as a possible replacement.

- installation hole centered and 3/16" below top

- 19/32" depth x 5/8" width on body

- available in black

It doesn't have the extra wings and the top is smaller, but it should make the sash functional again, take a look and let me know what you think.
