Hello!

It's hard to say since your top sash guide is broken but take a look at our 18-052. Look over our dimensions and compare them to an undamaged top sash guide to see if this matches up for what you need.

All dimensions are good except the bottom 3/4" needs to be 5/8"

This will work, I need to order 10 and add it to a partial order I had of two balances I previously set up but now I can't find that order. I'm confused by your site. Can you see my original order and add the 10 to it?
