I have this 5/8 x 1-7/16 sash guide for an unknown brand single hung window

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe this is the old Milgard top sash guide. This part isn't made anymore but I have successfully used our 18-009 to replace it. The catch is that you have to trim down the top edges of our part so that they're flush with the body.
Would that work for you? Review the dimensions below and let me know if they match up (ignoring the top edges, of course).
