Please help me find the correct sash guide per the dimensions and photos furnished. The channel balance that it mates to is a 2630 or 2620 - 1/2" wide.

This looks like a match. Now for the channel balance. It appears like the series 380 with a 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe is right for my windows. However, the stamp on my balances indicates 2630. So when I choose the 26" length on the web site it asks if I want the 2530 option. Should I be selecting it for a 2630 balance?

No, if your stamp reads 2630 then you should have a 27" long balance. You need to measure the metal channel to confirm what size you have. That is the only way to be certain.
