Sash Guide Help

A home owner from Florida says:

I have a few broken window channel balances. The windows are all non-tilt windows with 1/2? channels. I tried to match it to your channel balances and it appears to match your S380 series (with a 19-005 channel balance top and 15-005 balance shoe) Can you confirm based on the attached pictures?

The manufacturer of the window appears to be Kinco, Ltd out of Jacksonville, FL. (Series Mark 40/50 HP; H-LC 30-53x96)

After I removed the channel balances from one window I determined that not the channel balance but a broken sash guide appears to be the issue. Unfortunately, I am not entirely sure which replacement sash guide to get. Can you assist? It appears to be a 18-009 (or maybe 18-018) sash guide?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I agree that the Series 380 looks similar, but I cannot be 100% sure. It could be the Series 380 or Series 385, but it depends on the size of your shoe, which isn't something I can really tell by a photograph. You'll have to measure your shoe as carefully as you can to be sure.

As for the top sash guide, it looks similar to our 18-166. Again, it will come down to your specific dimensions. We have detailed measurements you can use on our site for a reference.
