Need help identifying Sash guide.

There is a left and right guide opposite hand.

The channel where the mounting screw is located is just over 5/8" wide.

The overall height of the remaining part is just over 5/8"

Being in Florida, you might have a Yale Ogron window that uses 18-168 top sash guide that can be flip in either direction. Please compare.
