Sash Guide for 34" Window Balance 390

Having trouble finding the replacement sash guides that are the same dimensions as the originals. Those listed are to long on top.

Thank you for reaching out to us. You have our 18-008 top sash guide with the top cut down to fit under your sash rail. To cut the 18-008 down, place the guide in a vise and saw it down with a hacksaw.
