Do you have these sash guides? Can't find

I just purchased item S380-25 / 25" series 380 channel balances and when I went to install I realized that just about all of the "sash guides" were broken.

It's the part which is attached to the actual window and catches the top of the window balance when the balance is installed.

I looked and could not find one which would match up and was hoping someone could look at the attached pictures and help id the one I need.
