Sash Guides?

Attached are pics of a side view, front view, and back view of what I believe are called sash guides. My windows have metal ones that I need a replacement for. The measurements are:
5/8 inch width
9/16 inch deep
1 5/16 inch long
What's my best bet?

We don't carry an exact match for your top sash guide, but the 18-012 is similar. The dimensions are also similar to yours, but review all of the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
