Which sash guide is compatible with the 18" S380 Series 1/2" Channel Balancer, Option 1710?

Thanks for posting. The Series 380 is actually compatible with a few different top sash guides. Can you remove your old one and show us photos of the front and side? That's the best way to find the right replacement. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. This looks a lot like the 18-201 Top Sash Guide. Review the dimensions and see if you agree.

It does appear to be the correct item. My only question is this 5/8" sash guide compatible with the 1/2" wide channel balancer?

Will the 18-201 work with the Lawson windows with 1/2" channel balancers?

Almost all these top sash guides are intended to work with the standard-sized channel balances. They all come in slightly different shapes and dimensions, and that has much more to do with the window sash design than the size of the balance. If the dimensions of the guide match what you have, then the 18-201 is what you need.
