These are from American Craftsman windows purchased at HD. Quite a few have broken. Is this under warranty? What is the replacement part#?

Thank you for waiting during this busy season. We don't know if your hardware is under warranty, I'm afraid. However, take a look at the 26-408 latch pair. This looks like a match for your old hardware but review the specifications and see if you agree.
