I cannot find the manufacturer name. The mounting holes are 2 1/16" on center for the latch and 1" on center for the strike. It is white. The measurement from the mounting hole to the front edge of the latch (cam side) is approximately 7/8" My understanding is that the window manufacturer is no longer in business as I remember from when we bought the house 12 years ago. I just need 1.

We don't have an exact match for this, but our 90-278 is similar. Could you possibly use this as a substitute? The lock has a hole center spacing of 2-1/16" and are also offset by 11/16" from the back edge.
I don't think we have that exact keeper but I'm reminded of our 90-237. This may work for you as a replacement.
Look these two parts over and let me know what you think.
