The holes are 2 1/16 apart and it looks like the holes are set back 3/4 inches.

Hello,
The 90-278 comes to mind as a possible replacement for your sash lock but the backset is a bit different. I would recommend double-checking to see if the 11/16" dimension shown below matches your part. If not, just let us know and we can go from there. Thank you!
