Window locks A-S PA. 9778

I have eight windows with this lock. The windows were installed about 25 years ago. The locks are not working properly. When turned to lock position the arm is supposed to catch but the spring action pops the lock handle back to open. If the arm locks there is a ball that is pressed to release the lock. However the lock never catches at all. Can this be fixed or is there a replacement.

We don't have an exact match for this sash lock, but see our 90-298 Flush Mount Lock as well as the 90-282 Recessed Keeper. Go over the dimensions and see if you could use these as substitutes.
