Sash Lock and Keeper for MI windows 360 series 2-Lite Slider

We purchased MI windows 360 series 2-Lite Slider OX (65.5" W x 71.5 H) in February 2012. The sash lock is broken and we are looking for the replacement Sash Lock (Autolock) and keeper in white. I attach a photo of this Autolock. Please let me know which parts will replace this autolock and keeper.
