I snapped off one of the sash pivot bar nubs the other day. I looked through your online catalog and didn't see an exact replacement. Are you able to assist?? Hopefully you have something that will work! I am happy to change both sides of the sash, but I'd rather not deal with changing the spring balances themselves.
