Sash Release Lever 26-119 matches the tilt latch 26-211?

Question

Does 26-119 works with 26-211?

I'm assuming I can use these two to replace the tilt latch on my current window (see attached photo, the sash release lever looks almost identical in size); please correct me if you can find better matches for us. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us! The 26-312 Thumb Button Actuator is the piece compatible with the 26-211. While the measurement is just slightly different, you'll notice that the 26-312 has a 9/16" opening for the prongs. I am also not confident the 26-211 would work in place of the tilt latch you have.

That said, I believe you may be better suited to install a surface mounted latch instead. We typically suggest using the 26-228 and 26-229, but there are a wide range of different sizes that can be used for this repair; they can be viewed here.
