I would like to replace the shoe but I can't ID it. Can you help me?

Thanks for posting. I am sure we can help, but there's a plethora of pivot shoes that look just like this. They are distinguished by their width and thickness, and the only reliable way to obtain those dimensions is to remove the shoe from the window for as accurate a measurement as possible. See the video below that shows how to do this. In the time being view our selection of pivot shoes here.

Thanks Bob, I did remove it and took took the measurements. I am going to replace the shoe, spiral balance and the pivot bar as well. Both sides on the sash. Do you know the width and length of the black cap on the Shoe PN 15-047? My pivot bar on the sash is 1/2 inch wide by 1/4 inch high.

I don't know the exact measurements of the cam on the 15-047, but but if the width and thickness, as well as the gap in the cam to accept a pivot bar, match what is shown below, then I'm confident it is what you need.
