Sash Spring Balancer (Marvin?)

Question

I tried to drill and reattach the pulley to the spring but despite using hardened steel it just bent and disconnected during install. I am looking for 2 of these units.

I'm afraid the pulley is not meant to be repaired. If yours is broken, you should just replace the entire balance. See our Series 751 channel balance, this may be what you want.
