Sash String is Torn

The right sash string tore and I can't keep the bathroom window open. The glass shows Anderson MC 90-2 XL. The left sash string is missing.

The window pane is marked MC 90-2 and the size is 20 1/2" x 16".

The numbers on the sash balance are: 519 3 BJ31 7 90 H600A-3 11600-1

I need to replace both sash balances.

Thanks for getting back to us. Take a look at the 24-531 Andersen sash balance. This is designed to replace balances that have the 519 stamp. Review the specifications and see what you think.
