Sash Supporting Arm

Question

Hi! The supporting sash arm for this large awning window has separated from the plastic sliding plate. I am wondering if there are anything that might be suitable to replace the whole arm or if the plastic sliding plate is sold separately somewhere. I do not know the manufacturer of the windows and there aren't any engravings or markings on the hardware itself. I would appreciate any insight. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell the plastic guide, unfortunately. The best we can offer is to see if you can replace both hinges with something like our 36-004-22 or 36-004-26 depending on the specifications. We can't make any promises but have a look and see what you think.
