Thank you for posting with images. I believe you may have a coil balance spring system and what you are showing us is a broken piece of a spring cover that looks like our 15-150S. Can you confirm that? Send us some additional photos of your window balance system. Please make sure the hardware is as undamaged as possible. If you have an identical part in your window that isn't damaged, that'd be ideal.
