I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 18-192 Lawson guide to yours. If you notice any discrepancies, please write out your exact measurements and we can go from there.
As for your weatherstripping, we may be able to help but we would need to see an end profile photo of yours removed from the window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
