Sash Vent Latch tool required?

I am interested in Sash Vent Latch Product Code: 26-362 for installation in existing vinyl windows.

Does the product come with installation instructions and is there a cutting or slot tool that is required for the installation?

The 26-362 is meant to install into a previously existing hole in the window. If you do not have one already, you may want to consider our 26-387 instead. Check out the video below and see if you agree.
