Sash Weight

A home owner from Florida says:
I have determined that I need the S351-30 channel balance but how do I determine the Sash Weight Range? The only stamping I see on the balance is 29-4 KX CMC 9.
A home owner from Florida says:
I put the sash on a scale and it measured 23 lbs. Should I get the 2930 (16-23lbs) or the 2940 (23-28lbs)?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! If your sash is precisely 23 pounds then you could theoretically use either the 2930 or 2940, since they both carry that weight. However considering your old stamp is 29-4 then it's probably a safe bet to stick with that rating. I would go with the 2940, which is the same thing.
