Sash Window Balance 2630

A quick learner from Santa Fe, NM 87507 says:
Hello, I have a sash window balance I need to replace. The metal part is 27" long and it has plastic white bits at the top and bottom. Has some kind of pulley mechanism. It says "2630" on the metal and in small print "B.S.I." and in even smaller print "RH" The images are of a "working" one. I have at least 3 that are broken. There's also a smaller plastic bit (pictured) that's attached to the sash itself on the side. This is the non-broken one. So I need 5 balances and I guess 2 of the smaller parts (the "Window5" photo). I'm trying to get these parts quickly. What is the balance called (part No. etc) and what are the white plastic bits on each end of it? What is the small part in the last photo? Can you put together an order for me of all 7 parts (5 balances and 2 small parts)? Thank you!

Starting off with your channel balances, take a look at both our S380-27 And S385-27. These look identical with the exception of the bottom balance shoe. The depth pf the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385, it is 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to  determine which balance would make the best fit. Whichever one chosen will use a 2630 option. As for your top sash guide, I have an idea on what may work, but before I provide that product code, I'd like to see another photo of it from the front to have a better look.

Thank you SO MUCH for the help!! I just now placed my order!! It was the S385-27 with the 1-3/32" shoe. And here is the Top Sash Guide that matched:
