Sash Window Balancer

Question

I examined the current Broken Balancer and obtained these #s (11600-17) and
#(1331 2 8P90) which Balancer do you supply for replacement. Is the replacement universal for right and left sides?

Thanks for posting. See our 24-1331. This is meant to replace Andersen sash balances that include the stamp code '1331'. Let me know if you have further questions.
