Sash Window Cord

Question

The weighted window cord has a plastic clip that hooks at the top in the rail.  The clip is broken us there a replacement for this plastic clip

Hello,

We did carry a balance clip like yours at one time but, unfortunately, it was discontinued. We may be able to supply replacements for your support balances but we would need to see the entire assembly removed from the window to confirm. Thank you!
