Sash Window Locks

Quick Learner from USA
Do you carry sash window locks like the one on the left? I have some to replace and can't find ones like this. The gray one was installed when the house was built but that was only 25 years ago, not old enough for the older cam-style locks.

I have purchased from you a set of the white lock on the right but the screw holes are much closer to the latch and keeper faces and, when the keeper is mounted, its screws are at the very edge of the upper window frame bottom board (whatever the name of that piece is) with very little wood to hold onto.

The screw holes in the white lock on the right are set back 1/2 " for the latch and 5/32" for the keeper while for the gray one on the left are set back almost double that, 15/16 for the for the latch and 5/16 for the keeper.

And, of course, if possible, I don't want to have to fill the existing screw holes in the frame and re-drill.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. Dan

Hi Dan, thank you for posting,

The best we are able to provide based on the original style is either the 90-274 or 90-278 sash lock and keeper. The right fit will depend on the dimensions of your original. Take a look and compare below to see if think one of these could work for your window. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
