This balance broke would like to replace both sides the window weighs 25# can you tell me what I need?
My window is 45 1/2 inches wide and 29 1/4 inches tall. It weighs 25pounds. The balance rod in the picture is 28 inches long and? 5/8 wide.

Thanks for getting back to us with more photos. See both our S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances. The only difference between these two balances lies within the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. For the Series 380, the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe measures 1" and for the Series 385, is 1-32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which part would work in place of your current balance. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2650 option.
