Sash balance

Thanks for reaching out to us! It appears you have an Extended-Travel Channel Balance, which will need to be a custom assembly. I am confident that we can supply you with a suitable replacement for your balances; although, I do find it a bit strange that there aren't any markings on the metal channel. This is what indicates the weight range a balance should be able to hold to support the weight of your sash. That said, I will need to know the exact sash weight to determine the stamp/marking your balances need to have.

I will also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to confirm pricing and availability. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom assembly.
