I've got a sash balance with the serial number attached in the image and need help identifying it please. I can get you additional pictures if necessary.

Thank you! That shoe is no longer used, but I think our Series 380 can replace your balance regardless. This comes with out 19-005 and 15-005 pre-attached. Please review this hardware and let me know what you think.

I think it will work. The only way to know for sure is to order them and try them out!
