9#31 Sash balance

Question

I am unsure which one is the replacement balancer. The visible glass measurement are 27 15/16 heigh × 28 7/16 width any help identifying would be much appreciated.

I recommend the 24-939 Andersen sash balance. This can replace balances stamped with "9#31," like your original.
