Sash balance

Question

I need a replacement sash balance for an Anderson double hung window. There are several numbers on the old mechanism. They are: 827, 11600A-3, 11600-17 and BK 24 6 90. The window is approximately 28 by 24 inches and is double pane insulated. Can you tell me from those numbers which part number I need to order please? Thanks, Kevin.

Thank you for contacting us. I wonder if you may need the 24-837. This is meant to replace balances that include the 827 stamp. Seeing a photo of the numbers stamped on the balance would allow us to confirm.
