We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel ought to measure 32-5/8" long but you can always check to be certain. 

Could we see a side profile photo of the bottom shoe? The clip attached at the end of the pulley cord is hard to make out as well. Can you show us a clear and unobscured view of it? Lastly, we will need to know how many balances you're looking to order.
