We can provide a replacement for your original balance, but to further review, are you able to confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments? We will also need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. 

Please also confirm the depth of the shoe as shown in the diagram below to move forward. Thank you!
