Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but start by taking a look at the 15-191. This is 1/2" thick and 1-1/4" wide, so we recommend you remove the old part to confirm whether the measurements match up. We have a video below that will go over how to remove the old pivot shoe using the cut out method. 

The Series 160 is the compatible coil spring, which is sold separately, and the video below will go over how to pick out the correct coil weights. 

I'm not sure if our pivot shoe will work with your old pivot bar, however. Could you show us it removed from the window sash? Written out dimensions are also helpful.
