2830 stamped on the part. I do not see this 30" part can you assist me?

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance should measure 29", excluding the wingless top and bottom attachments. That said, I believe you'll need either the S351-29 or the S390-29 to replace it.

Our 2830 stamp will support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
