Does the bottom shoe attachment on your balance match one of the shoes below? If your shoe is 1" and both top and bottom are "wingless" attachments, then you need S351-22. If it measures 1-1/8", you have S390-22. In either case, I'd lean towards a 2130 option, which holds window sashes weighing between 12 and 15 pounds.
