Sash balance & window latch

Question

Good morning, I'm looking for two 27" sash balances and a latch for two aluminum windows.
I've attached images two of each end of the sash balance and the latch. On the balance near the end is "27 4" as well as, in smaller print, RN then BS1 printed sideways and 7H.
The latch body is 3/4 x 2 13/16" and has 10R2 printed on the bottom. Thanks John

Thanks for posting, John. Before I can suggest a replacement balance for you, I just need a bit more information. Are you sure that the balance is 27"? Usually these type of balances end on the 5/8". Let me know! Make sure to only measure the metal channel.

Also, there should be a metal clip attached to the end of the string. Could I see a few pictures of that? It will be vital to our identification process.

For the lock, I would recommend taking a look at our 90-005 and comparing its dimensions to your own hardware. Do these match up?
