Sash balance bracket cover

Thank you for your patience in this matter, Aaron. After extensive research, we have been unable to locate a replacement for this clip or the plastic cover. I recommend that you consider our 17-012 for the clip. You can screw it directly into the sash. Take a look at the picture below to see where it can screw in.

As for the plastic cover, you may be able to use a small piece of wood or foam--anything that could fit in that hollow.
