Sash balance, channel, #29 5 fw cmc 10

I have a Nu Air non tilt window, single hung that has a damaged
channel sash balance.
The damaged part has the following ID Number: #29 5 fw cmc 10

Can you help me identify and order the correct replacement part?

Please send us photos of the damaged sash balance. Please make sure you include measurements and any other markings you find on the balance.

Thanks for your reply to my message. FYI, there were no other markings on the sash balance other than:
"29 5 fw cmc 10." The balance is 29" long and the channel is .5 inch wide.

Our S385 balance has the attachments: 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. We have a channel balance with stamp 2950, the equivalent to 29 5, however it measures 30" in length excluding fittings, not 29" as suggested. Please check the length again and then see our series 385 replacement balance.
