I have a vinyl single hung window that needs this part to be replace it hold the balance in place.

Thanks for your post! This top sash guide looks like it could be either the 18-012 or 18-013 Aluminum Top Sash Guide. To determine which of these is the best fit for your repairs, you'll need to compare the dimensions. The biggest difference between the two is the width of the guide.
